So what are you even supposed to write about on a food blog? I sure have no idea. So here’s a little gem I recently discovered (doesn’t the dramatic late night dorm room lighting just add so much to the photo?). They’re delightfully green. We’ll have to remember to take a photo of the actual bar next time instead of just the wrapper. And it seems like there might be quite a few scary ingredients in here (I mean, I feed spirulina algae flakes to my fish…) but it tastes rather delicious, mostly of the dates and raw sunflower seeds. And it’s not pumped full of chemicals and ‘natural flavors.’ So, maybe we could make this like a weekly discovery corner post thing where we rant about something new every week. Will have to contemplate that. Cheerio!
